Ocean Observations
For those heading out to 3GSM 2007 held in fabulous Barcelona, please try meeting with the folks at Ocean Observations. The Stockholm-based design firm developed and delivered the U-520 GUI and product designs in record time. I was very fortunate to have had the opportunity in managing the dual mode (CDMA 450 and GSM) handset project. The collaboration with head product designer Carl Llungh and the rest of the Ocean team was the lone highlight during my stay at Ubiquam. They’re a young yet experienced firm; humble and dedicated as design professionals can be.
